See text: No perfect answer, but a diet low in inflammation causing foods, like reducing simple sugars, white, whole wheat breads, sweets, pastries in general. Drinking anti-oxidant fruit juices like acai, goji berries, blueberry and many others may help. These thoughts are medically controversial, but moisturization, sun protection and avoidance are even more important.
