Other options tried?: Procyclidine is used for the treatment of drug induced Parkinsonism and to reduce side effects of akathisia secondary to antipsychotic use. Side effects include dry mouth, blurred vision, urinary retention, constipation, palpitations, and CNS effects. You list Klonopin, (clonazepam) which can be used to help subjective distress. There are other options available that may have less of a side effect burden.
