How long does a strep throat last? do i suppose to hold all activities until symptoms are better?

10 days usually: Treatment with penicillin for 10 days is the usual course. Get a new toothbrush, care with drinking glasses, etc. usually symptoms abate after 3 or 4days but important to take 10 days of medication!
