While head pressure: can be a very alarming symptom, it is often not something life threatening. It may be a type of tension headache, or even migraine, or even the result of stress. Very high blood pressure can cause this symptom which would be unusual in a woman your age. Remote possibility is brain tumor or abscess. Tenderness suggests migraine to me. If it persists a few more hours, contact your doctor. Stay well!
