I have eye sight problem. cannt see far things. i use spectacles of 0.5. should i wore same specs or an antiglare specs when working on computer.

Either: If you feel more comfortable in your glasses at the computer, then perfectly fine to use them. An antireflective coating probably won't add much to comfort, however. Your symptoms of not being able to see far things clearly without spectacles indicates myopia, I presume a -0.5 corrective spectacle. I would assume your near vision at your age not to require any help at the computer to begin with.
