Blinking: You may be blinking because of dry eyes caused by sitting in front of the computer for extended periods of time. Use eye drops for dry eye several times a day and take periodic breaks away from the computer.

Eye strain: You are at age to have problems with closer vision.You are looking at the computer for a long time, it might be eye strain, or dry eyes Still you need to have an eye exam to rule any other abnormalities. See an Ophthalmologist.
