Tea/Theanine: There is a component in tea called theanine that relaxes a person and at the same time sharpens his or her focus. It's not the same for herbal teas even though i'm sure many of them are good as well. Try green tea, or even a bit better, white tea. Green tea helps boost immunity and burn fat minimally because it is a metabolism booster. Peace and good health.
