Throbbing in teeth: Possibly a dental issue, infection, abscess or inflamed gums. You could also have sinus inflammation/infection.

Most common causes: The most common causes of throbbing tooth pain are root sensitivity, cavities, trauma, gum disease, root canals and pain from sinus infection.
