Might be earbud, bud: That skin in the ear is very sensitive . It is likely a skin pore or pimple in there that got inflamed . Best to keep ear buds out , clean well with warm water / washcloth and put some triple antibiotic ointment on it . If it gets worse you might want to see a doctor for ear drops used fur swimmers ear.
