See Dr: Need to see your dr / urgent care (or er) to get prescription medications for the external infection/swelling component and oral antibiotic to attack internally. The pain/swelling will get worse, and can make you feel off-balance. Should get seen soon.

Otitis externa: This needs immediate attention by an ent.Sounds like an external otitis, meaning not an inner ear problem. With drops & oral antibiotics. It also may need surgical drainage if an abscess is present & the ear canal is completely blocked. Call now.
