Pulmonary function: You need to have a pulmonary function test usually administered by primary care physician or by a pulmonologist to rule out asthma or reactive airways or less commonly but more serious pulmonary fibrosis you need a chest x-ray as well as a standard of care test, as for all this to be just anxiety it would have be a last resort after testing and excluding all others as above.
