Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH): If you mean Langerhans cell histiocytosis this is a uncommon problem. There can be bone invovlmeent as you know.I am not certain the swollen fingers are related to LCH and would suggest your physician have you see a rheumatologist. There may be another explanation
