Feeling right kidney moving is most likely not related with kidney stone itself if any; yet, mos likely such feeling suggests some irritation to the nerve-endings of local muscles or joints or nerve. An effort of detailed history + physicals + rarely needed test should lead to the possible diagnosis of the potential underlying causes. So, seek evaluation & counseling.
