Quit smoking: Congratulations! Eat a healthy food plan, no transfats, lower carbs, lots of fruits and vegetables. See your doc first and then create an exercise plan that fits your needs. Consider a personal trainer to get you started. Meditate. Enjoy family and friends. Peace and good health. High five.
