See your physician: Constant pain needs to be evaluated by your md. Could be many things: sinus infection, migraines, etc.

Sinus pain: I would suspect sinus pain but if otc meds don't help soon you should be seen by your primary care doctor to look in the ear and further evaluate.

Check out the sinus: Sinus issues can cause and and ear pain..You can try an otc antirust/decong if you don't have medical contraindications for those..If no help get a sinus xraay.
