See cardiologist: There are treatments to prevent arrhythmias in patients with WPW and I would recommend speaking with your cardiologist for consideration of treatment as well as recommendations for management to keep you safe before you over exert yourself in your training.

WPW: The safest course is to see a cardiologist for an evaluation. If you have never had a problem with exercise, excitement or stress and have never had symptoms attributable to WPW, chances are you'll be ok. From out here however, there's no way a valid evaluation of your situation can be made.
