Yes, it is safe: I don't know of any reason to contraindicate the use of lorazepam in Wolff Parkinson White syndrome. Lorazepam is a benzodiazepine sedative and is not a stimulant. In fact, benzodiazepines can sometimes even be given for tachycardia syndromes.
