Ask Cardiologist: Wellbutrin or bupropion has a greater that 10% risk of increasing heart rate and a 1-10% chance of causing palpatations, irregular heart rate and chest pain. Any of those could interfere with WPW and cause issues. Regardless of the reasons for taking bupropion, i would think there are better options for you.
