Age slower: You are fortunate to begin your self care efforts at age 25. Continue your healthy eating and exercise routine. Allow 10 minutes of sunlight for proper Vit D production. Thereafter reduce your exposure to harsh sunlight. Wear your SPF 30 or greater sunscreen when outside longer. Continue a generous intake of water instead of carbonated, sugary drinks. Maintain an 8hr routine sleep schedule.
