Try it: You could try a mild exfoliation thru some of the commercially available non prescription agents at a cosmetic counter at a nordstrom store first( macy's etc.). For a stronger agent you may need to visit with a dermatologist office in your area. It may very well be that you have eyelid bags that need to be cosmetically removed by an oculoplastic surgeon.

Please pay attention to each an all of these before wasting money on unnecessary "spa treatments" of dubious, if any value.
