It is about the time: Speak to your surgeon for preference , most will advise to remove and leave to air ( expose the wounds and allow to take shavers ) Go for a post OP visit .

Usually fall off: They usually fall off after showering on there own. Talk to your surgeon, but most of my patients I told to remove them In 12-14 days
