No, it's not OK.: I see your logic, but is not OK. Pedialyte is a treatment for acute GI diseases and suppose to replace missing electrolytes with diarrhea and vomiting. If your child is eating normally, his/her serum electrolyte should be normal as he/she gets everything necessary from a food consumed and doesn't need anything extra. Just be sure that your child eats balanced food according to his/her age. Best!
