3 month old daughter puking how much pedialyte can i give her?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dehydration: Avoiding dehydration is the mainstream treatment for viral gastroenteritis. Oral rehydration therapy is effective for mild to moderate dehydration. Goal is to replace fluid lost. An infant should have at least 3 wet diapers in 24 hours. Breastfeeding and/or formula feeding should be continued. Definitive management depends on underling cause of the vomiting.
