There is no such ent: Vasomotor instability is not a well defined condition. So I would not consider it a disease or problem that you should worry about. If you start regular exercise and learn relaxation technique it would help you to get over your symptoms and health concerns. Good luck

Dysautonomia: Vasomotor instability refers to a condition where there is poor communication between the blood vessels and the autonomic nervous system. Common consequences of this entity include labile blood pressure and skin blotching, defective temperature control and episodic fever. This condition can be associated with dysautonomia or associated with hormonal changes as seen in perimenopausal women.
