See an allergist: Vasomotor rhinitis doesn't affect vision, but some of the medications used to treat it might. Your eyesight is nothing to play around with - you need to get this checked out. If you're taking meds for it, see the person who prescribed it; if it's not under control, see an allergist. If you deal with the vasomotor rhinitis and the vision problems persist, see an ophthalmologist.
