With headache??: Some women have migraine headaches associated with menses. The theory is that the change in hormone levels, trigger changes in vasomotor response... And migraines are considered headaches with a vascular etiology. It might be useful for you to monitor your blood pressure, twice/day for a month and include two menstrual cycles, to see what you find out. Also, would discuss with a neurologist!

It may be a : Spectrum of pms and related to low estrogen during this time. Are you fatigued during your period? Do u sleep well at night? You may benefit from a birth control pill. Do you clinch or grind your teeth? It may be exacerbated by anxiety as well. You say vasomotor instability but the describe tingling on right side of the head, is that what u mean by vasomotor instability?
