Exam: You should see your ophthalmologist and probably an internis or neurologist to evaluate your symptoms. I would worry about hypertension, diabetes as possible but would want to rule out any ocular muscle imbalances too. More serious condition considerations would require more elucidation of your symptoms. An exam is essential.
