Hard work: Glad you train. For bulk, it's few reps at the heaviest weight you can handle. Creatine and (if ok with your physician) an electronic muscle stimulator actually work; the "supplements" are unlikely to do much good. For definition ("ripped"), it's reprogramming yourself to eat only when are truly hungry & shun greasy & sugary stuff & do a lot of cardio. Doubt mr. Jackman uses supplements.
