2 weeks?: Gosh, you're not giving yourself a very good start here. Reconfiguring your body takes more time than that -- especially if you want the changes to keep accumulating. How much weight do you want to lose, and how much muscle do you want to build? Make your goals clear, then find a good trainer who can help you with an ongoing program. In 2 weeks you'll be on your way to developing good habits!
