Unprocessed foods: One of the keys to losing weight and keeping it off is to do it in a thoughtful and meaningful way. This includes having the right perspective on food, exercise, sleep, and stress. For food, eat mostly a plant based diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, seeds, and whole graims and for protein eat wild fish like salmon every other day. Avoid processed foods. Exercise up to 45 minutes.
