Reflux: Are you having increased symptoms? Some foods can cause increased symptoms, but some people may tolerate known irritants better than others. Know your limits and irritants. If your physician recommend that you avoid those foods, then try to follow that advice.

Avoid tea: Tea can have a lot of caffeine which can worsen reflux for some people. Try to switch to decaf tea or choose water only as a beverage. grilled chicken is low fat and a good choice. Talk with your primary doctor or gastroenterologist to review your diet to make sure your symptoms are being controlled well. You can also ask your doctor for a referral to a nutritionist if you feel that would help you
