Meds, Behavioral mod: Progressive panic attacks are an increasing problem for a large segment of patients. Thus, you are not alone. Your therapist, if they're not licensed to prescribe should have an existing relationship with a physician; however, a consultant will be comfortable prescribing: sleep aids, conservative muscle relaxants, anxiolytics, etc. Long-term habituation is an issue requiring constant monitoring
