Hi.......i have a 3.8 cm hemorrhagic right ovarian cyst. i will be 50 yrs old and not menopausal. had a hysterectomy 10 yrs ago. what should i do?

Watch it...: Hemorrhagic ovarian cysts usually go away on their own without surgical intervention. If it isn't too painful, its usually ok to repeat the u/s in a few months to make sure it is gone. If it is very painful, it can be removed surgically. Best wishes!
