Cigarettes: If you know it is bad why continue? Please go to your pharmacy and get a bottle or two that will take the role of cigarettes without any likelihood of concern.

No evidence: I believe because of the bad side effects of tobacco use, it has not been studied as a treatment for dysautonomia so there is no true evidence to suggest a mechanism for tobacco to treat symptoms of dysautonomia.
