Svt: Your blood pressure is normal but your heart rate is too fast at rest. You might have inappropriate sinus tachycardia or supraventricular tachycardia.

HR 130?: Your heart rate is too fast unless you've just worked out. While 114/41 is ok, if you're usually higher, let's say 135/75, you may feel a bit lightheaded at 114/41. A too rapid HR can cause the BP to fall. This needs to be checked out.
