Severe sore throat, white spots on tonsils. i'm going to the dr tomorrow but in the meantime i took some nyquil and it burned! strep?

Cannot say: Unfortunately, your symptoms aren't enough to tell if you have strep throat. You will need a throat swab which can be sent for a rapid strep test and culture. Sometimes the rapid test is wrong too, so waiting for the final culture results is the only way to know for sure.
