See your doctor: Who may refer you to an endocrinologist, to check your bone age and whether your long bones are already closed, so no room for further height then, also would check your hormonal status, thyroid hormones and growth hormone, your menses , when did it start and other body features. So start with your doctor, keep taking the vitamins though, but won't change anything except better nutrition,good luck
