Sore throat : you either have allergies and lay on your left side at night or have reflux causing these issues. You can try Flonase over the counter. You also can try some imperator over the counter 20 mg twice a day with 150 mg of Zantac (ranitidine) at night.!!check the Internet for anti reflux diets and sheets. Hi I have a lump on the left side of my neck, theres a yellow thing on my ulvua ( the dangly thing on the back of my mouth) , sore throat , white on the inside of my mouth, and sort of hard swallowing but not to bad.
