Throat lump: Lumps in the neck can sometimes be a variety of things, like normal salivary glands or lymph nodes. Other things such as congenital mass and cysts can also occur. You could also have something like a tumor. It is best to have it looked at to make sure you know what it is so you can get the right treatment, if you need it.
