Usu. Normal Variant: Breast asymmetry is fairly common but when pronounced is understandably anxiety provoking and may benefit from corrective surgery when appropriate. Some think there may be a slight increase in likelihood of future cancer, http://www.birpublications.org/doi/abs/10.1259/bjr.70.838.9404205 But this is very slight. A cancer now would not be expected to present this way.
