Need exam: It's hard to know exactly what that redness represents, but it certainly could be breast cancer or a simple rash. The only way to know for sure is to have a complete exam with your doctor. Also make sure that you have been keeping up on your mammograms even after having had your breast surgery.

If IB means: Inflammatory breast cancer, a pink area on the other breast requires your team to examine and possibly biopsy, but the internet does not allow me or anyone to examine you to discern other features. So, go to your doctor. The largest risk is local and distant rather than other beast, but risk is not the same as what happens to an individual, .
