Arthritis: You obviously of arthritis. It seems a bit early for osteoarthritis. If any other joints hurt this could be a precursor of systemic arthritis ranging from rheumatoid to psoriatic and many more. Treatment for now is warm soaks and NSAIDs like Aleve (naproxen). See you doc for blood tests and an x-ray.
