See Ortho : I would get it check with orthopedic doctor. Some may have orthopedic urgent care, to evaluate, and recommend treatment. Like immolization, or physical therapy. Make sure it's not more serious.

Get an Xray: If you are still having pain almost a month after your injury you should be seen by orthopedic surgeon. You could have a fracture or have a ligament injury. Treatment could just be more rest or a cast or splint or a brace. Will depend on your X-ray and exam.
