Post cancer treatment since feb 2020. i have been working out since jan. this year until a month ago. 3 weeks ago i started feeling numbness in left pinky. now have elbow discomfort and a marble size lump in both triceps closer to armpit than elbow?

You did not state what type of cancer and how you were treated last year so we could not offer our opinion. However, regardless of your answer I think you better revisit your oncologist or surgeon for a thorough evaluation.
