Cipro (ciprofloxacin) toxicity : You are lucky. Sometimes the fluoroquinolones like Cipro (ciprofloxacin) can cause rupture of numerous tendons.as well as agonizing muscle and joint deterioration. Contraindicated in children. In adults They may kill adults or cause crippling for life. Try one PT treatment to see what you can do on your own.The tendon may be permanently. weakened. 3 FDA black box warnings. They should be used as a last resort.
