I was told hydrocortisone can help make acne go away, when i tried it my acne was gone for the most part. is hydrocortisone safe to use for acne?

See your doctor: Your doctor can help you with appropriate prescription medications as well as product suggestions. Acne is best managed knowing the triggers, proper products, medications and laser therapy. Hydrocortisone is a bad idea. Salicylic acid wash can be very helpful but consider getting a plan to treat this. Hope you are able to get it under control.
