Scar revision : Scar revision may require various combinations of chemical peel, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, laser resurfacing, scar excision, grafting, fillers, skin bleaching, etc. Dark patches are generally not caused by cortizone, (hydrocortisone) atrophy is more likely.
