The last 3 days the lower front right of my abdomen sometimes feels a little tender or feel something like an ache. what could it mean?

RLQ tenderness: Would go to ER could be appendicitis, especially if having difficulty sleeping. May also be right sided diverticulitis, or ileitis (inflammation f the end of the small intestine) , all need antibiotics or hernia, occasionally stone or testicular issues, but since appendicitis is a emergency issue would go to the ER today where they can evaluate with imaging.
