Abscess: It sounds as though you have an abscess (boil). You need to be seen for antibiotics and possible drainage. It will not get better on it's own.

Go to the doctor : The spread of symptoms is concerning for infection. Please see a doctor as soon as you can. You may need antibiotics. Feel better soon and good luck!
