Can you tell me what's wrong? my lower back is really sore. it hurts when i stand up straight. it almost feel as if someone hit me in my back with an object. last night i also experienced lower abdominal sharp pains.

Please : Please provide more information. What is your age? Do you have medical problems or conditions? Are you having problems with stools such as blood, mucous, pencil stools, constipation? Any trauma, numbness to the legs, weakness, loss of bladder or sphincter control?
